Posture and Movement Assessment
Postural and Ergonomic Assessments Postural and ergonomic assessments evaluate our
static capacity to define strength, endurance and flexibility issues we may have. This static capacity is a major component
of past, current and future pain and injuries.
Reebok Movement Screens We use a series of screens to highlight any movement issues you
may have so that we can cue into past, current or even future difficulties you might experience. The screens are quick, easy
and give immediate feedback.
Muscle Testing Many movement pattern and performance problems arise from strength and flexibility
differences between muslce groups, sides of the body and movement inconsistancies. Muslce testing follows movements screens
to focus programming on the problem areas.
Corrective Exercise Programs We use the Reebok movement
screens, medical prescriptions, other assessments and history to create programs to correct for problems we all may have.
These programs may include a few simple exercises and stretches or much more complex longer programs to be used prior to more
traditional training programs. Every exercise program should start with this process!
Sport Performance Programs
Golf Peformance Programs Golf is a sport that requires so many physical attributes. Each of
these attributes (endurance, power and flexibility) will be addresses in this program. This program includes the above listed
screens and assessments. Without such information strength and flexibility programming is non-specific to your needs. Because
of this assessment each program is written specifically for the individual and in no way considered generic.
Outdoorsman Performance Programs Hunting, fishing, hiking, mountainclimbing and the other
